• Cancellation till 15^th April : Full Refund.
• From 15^th April 2025 - 15^th May 2025 : 50% Refund.
• From 16^th May 2025 - 30^th June 2025 : 30% Refund.
• Cancellation After 1^st July 2025: No Refund.
• All refunds will be made after the Congress.

Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by email to fetalbasicon2025@gmail.com. The Secretariat reserves the rights of approving the cancellations and the refund amount.

All refunds will be processed post 15 working days from the conference ending date.
